HMI and PLC communication error

I have a PLC model AP-340BT-A connect with a HMI, they work well but now on the HMI cannot access and display register values on the PLC

is it a hardware error ( for example memory error) and is it possible to fixed it?

Unfortunately, it's a coincidence of names. We are not a producer of this PLC, we produce PLCs under the Tecomat brand and this TECO AP-340BT-A PLC is produced by TECO from Taiwan. So I can't help you with the problem diagnostics.
