I had an old INELS project that has been running a CP1000 since 11 years. The HW key and MOSAIC were in one server with all backups and project libraries. The server is completely destroyed. (at the project site). The PLC works perfectly, but the program should be changed. the PLC does not include the project library (this is written by Mosaic). Is there a way to extract it from the PLC?

In PLC, there is a compiled code only and it is not possible to decompile this code and restore original source codes from it. Source codes could be copied to PLC by archiving function of Mosaic environment. You can try to download this package from PLC using menu File / Archive / Restore archived project group. You will be informed if the backup package exists in PLC. In case of positive answer you will be asked for password entering because usually the backup files are protected with password.
