CP-2005 ETH2 static IP and Tecoroute problem

HI,

I'm experiencing the following problem with CP-2005 with 5.8 firmware:

I set ETH2 to static IP and manually configured the parameters and then it won't connect to Tecoroute also the PLC cannot be reached within other networks. With DHCP it works.

Also ETH1 works in static mode, PLC connects to Tecoroute and can be reached form other networks without problems.

Another PLC with 5.4 firmware these functions are work without problems on ETH2.

 

Any tips for this issue?

Can you send me file debug_info.zip obtained via the configuration web? The file should be obtained when the communication doesn't work.

You can check the settings of ethernet channels. Channels mustn't be set to one network, two different subnets has to be used. It has to be used only one default gateway, the other subnet can be used only for a local network (without defined default gateway). And when you open Tecomat menu and TecoRoute item, you can see the connection status at the bottom of the page. Here it is mentioned what is the reason of the error. It can help you too.
