The CP-2000 central unit which submodul card should be that work with DMX?

The function block only work with CH3 and CH4.

Can't the SC-1101 be good?

You can use standard submodules MR-0131 and MR-0133 but you have to download version 1.3 of DMX512Lib and update a firmware in CPU to 3.3 and in MR-013x sub-module to 1.7 versions. Then DMX512Lib will be supported in CP-20xx too.
